About the Role
Maritech Hellas (est. 1977) is a leading provider of technical services and repairs in the maritime sector, operating globally from our base in Piraeus.
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator for Spare Parts & Marine Services to join our Commercial Department. This role is essential for managing the end-to-end sales cycle of marine spare parts and coordinating key customer accounts. For a driven and successful candidate, this position offers a clear career trajectory to Account Manager.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full sales cycle: from processing RFQs and creating detailed proposals to executing orders, logistics and invoicing.
- Coordinate forwarding and logistics follow-up in tight collaboration with our Supply Department team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support on offers, orders and technical inquiries (written and verbal).
- Utilize ERP (SAP or equivalent) and CRM tools daily for monitoring, following up, reporting and effective account control.
- Collaborate with Commercial Management and Technical Advisors to meet sales goals.
- Actively develop and manage relationships with key client accounts (ship managers, operators).
We Are Looking For
- Education: Graduate of a University/Technological Educational Institute (AEI/TEI) or a technical school (Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Studies preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Spare Parts Sales or Coordination within a maritime or industrial environment.
- Technical Skills: Thorough understanding of machinery and spare part specifications.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP/Equivalent) and CRM systems is mandatory.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Strong communication, organizational, and goal management skills.
- Team player with autonomy and accountability.

About the Role
Maritech Hellas (est. 1977), is a well-established and growing technical services provider in the maritime industry. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our technical team for both Mechanical Workshop and Field Service operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your mechanical expertise on high-value projects in Greece and internationally, supported by a team of experienced Merchant Marine Engineers. What You Will Do
- Perform mechanical and technical repairs on components and machinery, specializing in heat exchangers, coolers, pumps, and auxiliary equipment.
- Provide technical repair support directly on vessels/ships.
- Execute projects within shipyards, drydocks, and port facilities.
- Participate in international assignments and service trips (with additional compensation).
- Collaborate with Supervisors and mentor junior assistants in daily work.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and reporting standards.
We Are Looking For
- Education: Graduate of a Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical/vocational school program.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a mechanical workshop, repair shop, industrial or maritime setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using tools, machining processes, and equipment assembly.
Additional Requirements:
- Basic level of English language and computer proficiency.
- Willingness and availability for frequent travel and international assignments.
- Strong team player with professionalism and high adaptability.
