DG LO Cooler Performance Issues

Our customer experienced performance issues with their yacht’s CAT DG LO Cooler and requested our experts to inspect and troubleshoot.
Findings of visual conditioning indicated corrosion in the casing and further, our technicians found that there were also internal leakages and mix of effluent media caused from fatigue cracking. Subsequently, they proceeded with the below works:

Work Scope:
– Casing recondition including dismantle, transport to workstation for machining – epoxy painting and, return back to vessel
– Renewal of the complete set of plates/gaskets
– Commissioning and testing onboardSupport to our customer made with precision, within timeframe and budget. Now the passengers and the crew can enjoy their cruises.
